2017 Fitness Goals

These are my personal fitness goals for 2017 and how I plan to exceed my goals. I’m not a fan of fad diets. They are often expensive, ineffective and boring. My personal secret for maintaining a semi-healthy weight it setting aside time daily to perform a cardiovascular workout. I eat what I want to within reason but I drink plenty of water. I limit my soda consumption to one twelve-pounce can daily. I am not a doctor or fitness trainer. I’m sharing this video for entertainment purposes only. #NewYear #2017
