I am not a physician or licensed trainer. I’ve experimented with various diets and supplements and have found that the following works well for me. I walk at least 30 minutes daily, go to the gym for strength training daily and eat a semi-structured diet. For breakfast, I eat turkey on pita bread with mustard. For lunch, I ear tuna salad on a tortilla with hot sauce. For dinner, I eat whatever. I still drink beer and rum on occasion. I drink a protein shake daily. This may sound simple but it has worked well for me. The main secret is only skipping the gym one day a week and performing cardio activity for at least 30 minutes daily. I’ve found that Gatorade Energy Chews give me a burst of energy, when I hit the gym!
