    The unit is larger than some, but not as heavy as most. The installation was fairly straight forward. No problems with the equipment. Once all the plumbing was complete we plugged it in and only had to adjust the temp up 5 degrees. Its running great and has had no issues. The delivery crew were very helpful and polite. They set the unit nicely in the end of my garage as requested. Refreshing to have nice people deliver to your home with a smile.

Not sure but very, very happy with this unit.

    I love the design and feasibility of this product. It was nice that it only takes 120V. And the instructions were very very helpful for installing.

    Performance of this heater has been great so far after 4 months. I’m able to run a couple showers and the dishwasher and a couple of sinks. The water pressure does drop a little bit as that is a lot of load for hot water, but this heater works great for our needs, as that load is not a normal lineup we do.

    Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath.

    Our electric bill also dropped about 75% and the gas bill did not go up that much due to the efficiency of this product.

They believe it is always an issue outside of their unit even though the test they have me run prove that the install isn't the problem. Had 2 different of the same unit for 9 months which the y only worked for 5 months

    I like this tankless. I just recently switched from traditional stand alone 40 gallon hot water tank for this unit. yes there are some trade offs, but I don't 400+ lbs. on my floor and it keeps up with our house. i would recommend this unit..

    The unit is very nice and slim. Does not take up very much space by itself, however after running all the lines and filter it does take up quite a bit of space. Almost as much as my traditional water heater. You need to know that this thing is loud and makes a loud clicking every time water is turned on or off.
    The noise and time it takes to heat up will take some getting use to. Other than that it does work.

    I bought this unit to replace a propane fired unit that was the same except for the fuel. The propane unit was great and I had it for 8 years before we switched to natural gas. I expect this one will perform just as well as the propane unit. I gave that unit to my HVAC contractor and he is going to use it himself. I expect it will last him for a long time. (By the way, I am a retired OB/GYN doc and he is one of my babies.)
