After installing Google Home, I received a “Can’t send invite Account cannot share structures.” error, when I attempted to invite a new home member to Google Home. After troubleshooting for several hours, I identified the root cause of the “Can’t send invite Account cannot share structures” Google Home error. I’m a member of the Google Advanced Protection Program (hardware key required to log into my Google account). As the result of that, I am unable to add additional people to Google Home. The good news is that people don’t have to be a member of Google Home to use my Chromecasts. A workaround for anyone encountering this issue would be to create a new Google account WITHOUT Google Advanced Protection Program. #GoogleHome
