This is how to transfer Oculus Go files to or from a computer.  This is useful when copying videos to the Oculus Go, downloading Oculus Go recordings to the computer, etc.  If you're connecting your Oculus Go to a Mac like I did within this tutorial, you will need to download Android File Transfer first.
