This is the error that I received on my 2022 Volkswagen Jetta SEL today. The audio will not unmute. I’ve held down the left stick for about 40 seconds to restart the infotainment system. That did not resolve the issue. I unpaired my iPhone video bluetooth and also Apple CarPlay Wireless. I went to the standard AM/FM radio hoping to be able to adjust the volume but it remained muted. My Volkswagen’s infotainment system is bricked! This has render all of my phone calls useless too. I’m extremely upset, as this is the FOURTH VAG vehicle that I have owned and all four have been riddled with electronics issues.
