This was Soggy Dollar Bar before Hurricane Irma. If you're not familiar with Soggy, it's one of the most famous beach bars in the world! It's located on a tiny island named Jost Van Dyke in the British West Indies. It's a short ferry ride from the islands of St. John or Tortola.
