This is an excellent smartphone mount for a bicycle! What sets this apart from a lot of other bicycle handlebar smartphone mounts is the redundancy. It has a self-tightening piece that grips both sides of the phone very well. For added peace-of-mind, it also has a rubber band type piece that attaches to all four corners of the smartphone to better prevent it from falling off. I use this on a mountain bike for trails and road and my iPhone 6 Plus has not fallen out yet! Installation was simple too! It was a matter of attaching the mount over the bicycle’s handlebar (it screws on) and then using one’s fingers to orient and tighten the thumb screw piece. That is a great feature because it allows the orientation of the smartphone to be tweaked without having to use tools!
