Backblaze is an amazing cloud backup service for Mac and PC and this is the first troubleshooting challenge that I have encountered with Backblaze. If Backblaze shows “zero files remaining” to be backed up, there is a possibility that your designated scratch disk may be full. Backblaze temporarily stages files to a scratch disk and then uploads. If you’re a Final Cut Pro X user like I am that edits 4K video then you may very easily have several large multi-part uploads. You may need to remove unwanted files from your scratch disk or purchase a larger hard drive to function as a scratch disk for Backblaze. #Backblaze
