This grill includes many nice features. For starters, the grilling area is huge! There are 4 removable porcelain-enameled cast iron grilling grates. There are two charcoal boxes, with a divider in between. For smaller meals, it’s easy to only light charcoal on one side of the grill. The charcoal trays on each side of the grill can be raised or lowered, using an exterior handle. This is convenient if you want to sear a steak with it closer to the hot coals and then lower the charcoal tray for a slower cook. There are air flow adjustments on both sides, as well as an adjustable chimney on the top. There is a rack under the lid for grilling even more food! There is a small shelf on each side of the grill to place things while cooking. The built-in thermometer works well. Assembly was very straight-forward and all components were well-labeled. I’ve been very satisfied with the performance of this grill so far.
