I used the Subway app to order lunch today and it was a great experience!  I didn’t have to stand in line behind slow and indecisive people and watch my sandwich being made.  I simply assembled my sandwich within the app, added a bag of chips and paid.  When I arrived at Subway, my sandwich and chips were exactly as ordered.  I didn’t have to pay or scan for rewards points.  All of that was completed in advance.  My only suggestion is that Subway become more generous with the rewards points.
