The Gotham Steel Crisper Tray XL is excellent for an oven with air frying mode but it can be used in a standard oven too. It allows air to surround the food that is being cooked and the tray catches the drippings. I abandoned traditional frying many years ago and only air fry food now. I still get the crispiness but don’t have all of the grease. Clean-up is easy.
