For people unwilling or unable to remove a water flow restrictor, I’ve had EXCELLENT luck with the following showerhead WITHOUT having to modify it in any way. It creates amazing pressure plus “white noise.” It provides an exfoliating type effect, while showering. Please be advised though that some people may not appreciate the noise. It also generates a considerable amount of mist in the shower.
