This is how to attach the Masterbuilt slow smoker to a compatible Masterbuilt electric smoker. I opted to not use the included wing nut piece, since I detach and store the slow smoker attachment indoors, while not in use. #Howto
The Masterbuilt Slow Smoker Attachment is an awesome upgrade for a Masterbuilt electric smoker. It works with most Masterbuilt electric smoker and is also commonly referred to as the “Masterbuilt cold smoker attachment.” It provides the ability to cold smoke cheese, cold smoke salmon, etc. That is accomplished by leaving the Masterbuilt electric smoker powered off and allowing the Masterbuilt slow smoker attachment to provide smoke without heat. The Masterbuilt slow smoker attachment also provides the convenience of not having to replenish woods chips as frequently during traditional smokes. A Masterbuilt electric smoker without the cold smoker attachment is fine but if you smoke barbecue almost every weekend like I do, then you’ll probably enjoy this upgrade! #Masterbuilt #ElectricSmoker #ChefIrixGuy
