Please note that ghost pepper is extremely spicy, so I recommend sampling ghost pepper on other foods before devoting an entire afternoon to cooking delicious ribs that are too spicy to enjoy. To be frank, the amount of ghost pepper powder that I used within this video could have been increased. I love extremely spicy food! Something to also consider is mixing in additional ghost pepper powder in the finishing sauce for people that enjoy more spice.
